This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our platform, including our website, mobile applications, and related services (the “Platform”).
We process your data for the purpose of providing access to your AVIARAI account, managing your AVIARAI account, delivering your farm vision, processing subscription payments, providing customer support, improving platform functionality and user experience, detecting fraud, ensuring platform security and complying with legal and regulatory obligations.
This Policy is designed to comply with:

4. LEGAL BASIS FOR PROCESSING AND USE OF DATA
We process your data under the following legal bases:
- Contract Performance – to provide, operate and maintain the Platform
- Consent – for marketing, product improvements and optional communications
- Legitimate Interest – to improve services, deliver insights ensure security, manage accounts, subscriptions, payments, communicate updates & alerts, and develop analytics
- Legal Obligation – to comply with applicable laws
- Aviarai processes data as a Processor for customer farm data.
Where required, Aviarai will enter into Data Processing Agreements with customers.
